Q. What is GetMeAShop?
GetMeAShop is an e-commerce platform that helps you to set-up and manage your online store. It is a one-click solution to all your problems regarding e-commerce and marketing. Q. I already have a domain name. Can I use that?
Yes, of course! After you register your shop and get it verified, you are provided with an option of registering your domain name with GetMeAShop.
Q. Are there any limits on the number of products I can upload?
Not at all. There is no restriction whatsoever pertaining to number of products, or even type of products. Along with selling physical goods like clothes, accessories or electronic goods you can also sell event tickets, discount vouchers and music.
Q. Does GetMeAShop charge transaction fees?
We charge zero commission on your sales. The monthly charges are absolute, and you are not charged for greater sales or using new features. Whatever amount is being paid by the customer goes directly into your account.
Q. What payment methods does GetMeAShop support?
There are multiple payment options to choose from. You can opt for net banking, debit cards, credit cards, cash on delivery depending upon the nature of your business. We have tie-ups with the most trusted payment gateways like Paypal, PayU, PayZippy, PayUMoney who offer free integration of payment gateways.
Q. What if I have customers outside India?
No worries there! GetMeAShop allows you to accept payments in various currencies and does equivalent conversions for you. The site is also available in different languages for the convenience of your foreign customers.
Q. Do I need to have knowledge of programming/designing to use GetMeAShop?
No you don’t. We provide you with a variety of professionally designed themes, which you can directly apply to your storefront. Each theme is customizable, i.e., you can alter the settings to suit your style. It is a simple click-to-choose process which requires no technical knowledge. To make it simpler, you can ask our support team to design a custom theme for you. Just tell us what you need and we’ll get it done.
